Return Policy

We believe in doing things the frontier cowgirl way. With honesty, respect, and care for the trail we all share.

Returns are accepted for store credit only.

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at frontiercowgirls@gmail.com, and we will work with you to make it right.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in new condition, just as they were received:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, smoke, and stains

  • Original tags must still be attached

Footwear:
Shoes must be returned in their original box. That box should be protected inside a separate shipping box or wrapped securely. Returns will not be accepted if the original shoe box is damaged, taped, or marked.


Final Sale Items

Some items are meant to stay with you:

  • Jewelry is final sale due to hygiene reasons

  • Bags are final sale unless they arrive damaged

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned


Return Timeline

  • Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

  • Returns sent after this period cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.


Store Credit

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit via digital gift card, sent to the email used at checkout.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any promotions, discounts, free items, or special offers used at purchase will be prorated and reflected in the final credit amount.

  • Store credit will automatically apply at checkout when the same email address is used.


Exchanges

Life on the frontier moves fast, and so does our inventory.

  • We are unable to hold items while returns are in transit.

  • If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order right away.

  • If you place a replacement order, include a note in your return package so we know to issue store credit once your original item is received.


How to Return

Please send returns to the address listed on your original shipping label.

Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package goes missing, please contact USPS for assistance.

  • Returns showing signs of wear or use may be declined.

  • Customers are limited to 5 returns within a 90-day period, excluding defective merchandise.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued promptly.
